Directly and through our partners, we offer practical support to help people with money and benefits advice, routes into training and work and support to build financial independence.

We fund and support projects that reduce isolation, tackle food poverty and bring people together – helping individuals feel more connected, supported and part of their community.
We build pride and possibility in place
We invest in community-led initiatives that strengthen local identity, raise aspirations and improve everyday life – supporting communities to shape their own futures.
We back local organisations
We support grassroots community groups with funding, advice and practical support – helping them to build confidence and grow.
We bring funding and partners together
We aim to unlock funding and work in partnership with other charities, foundations and community organisations to deliver impactful programmes and make a greater impact across the North.
